Optibelt round belts consist of high-quality materials, which are manufactured by special manufacturing processes as finite yard goods in different diameters. In the optibelt RR Plus version, the round belt is additionally equipped with an aramid tension member. Round belts with tension members are particularly low-stretch and are preferred for long transport distances.

Optibelt round belts are easy to weld end-to-end using our welding tools.

OPTIMAT V-belts are open-ended and are connected in an endless manner using a flexible connector once the belt length has been determined.

OPTIMAT V-belts can be adjusted to corresponding lengths for all centre distances without any problems whatsoever

The belts can be supplied in any required length completely depending on the requirements of the drive. Storage is simple and economical. With OPTIMAT belts, there is no need to keep different belt lengths in stock for all applications.

OPTIMAT belts can be cut to the correct length on site to suit the required drive. Open-ended V-belts can also be used with fixed centre distances. In the event of the belt stretching, the belt can be shortened in a few minutes.

OPTIMAT belts are quick to install, especially when using drives with restricted access or with limited space available. The drive does not have to be dismantled in the case of removable belts.
